John Lewis & Partners interview questions

This was a group interview alongside other applicants and three interviewers there were several work places situations where the applicants had to work together in a group to help assess there customer service skills, addressing and resolving problems on the shopfloor and how each individual worked within a team.

Group Interview in which I had to do a task with two other candidates (v easy it was to see how you work in a team) and then a one to one interview on the same day about relevant experience etc
