John Lewis & Partners interview questions

one group exercise on a scenario in a random department, and which you need to take charge in and contribute. they will give the group pens and and an A3 sheet to write down your ideas. you need to be the one that is writing down the ideas, as this shows that you are taking charge. there is also an individual interview.

30/45 minute group interview, several basic exercises, for example mind mapping example of great customer service with a group/ and also important things on how to sell. then waited for about 15/20 minutes for a one on one interview which lasted around 20 mins, they were really nice. Offer came in several days later.
