John Lewis & Partners interview questions

I Applied using the online portal. I was then invited via email to select an interview date. I had a group interview with several problem-solving tasks where we each had to present a section afterwards. I then had a one-to-one private interview with the Personal team and a member of the department I would be joining. I was then offered and position by email and had a telephone phone call as a follow-up.

The interview consisted of three stages, group task, 1.1 initial interview and then an interview again 1.1. I showed a portfolio of work but this is not necessary. The employers made me feel at ease at interview.
