I filled out an application and got a call to book a phone interview. The interview took 20 minutes and I was told I'd get an email wether I got the job or not in the next few days but didn't get any email.

Interview
They had an assessment style centre, where we had to work in a team to complete a task and also complete a written scenario based task. The questions all related to how you would handle customers and what you would do when in the role of a retail assistant when different scenarios arose.

There was no one to one interview, only group tasks and an individual written task.
Group task (icebreakers then problem solving) followed by individual interviews and a task where we had to help a fake customer (one of the hiring staff) decide which vacuum cleaner to order based on the features they wanted in it
