Very relaxed interview with a friendly team. Involved a group interview with scenario-based activities (e.g. how would you deal with an angry customer wanting a refund but with no receipt) and then individual interviews where they got to know you better and ask more specific questions.

Interview
The initial interview process was simple. I received an email for when it was scheduled and then when I arrived at the place, there were only three of us. It was a group interview where we had to read the given scenarios and write down our answers, and then share and discuss them as a group. This process lasted about 30 minutes. Then, we had an individual interview which took around 20 minutes. Thats it!

Interview
Application online, with a personality quiz and one or two situational tests, sometimes based off of your specific role, sometimes just more general customer service. A few days later I was invited to a virtual interview, which was another situational test, and some standard interview questions. Then a few tedious weeks of waiting and admin, but I got it in the end.
Overall, very friendly, and not too difficult, just a bit of long wait.
