I applied online. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Billericay, Inglaterra) in Jul 2015
Interview
3 applicants were interviewed in the same sitting by personnel manager and the sales floor manager. Very low key and informal. Free to express yourself and pose questions. All candidates were asked to contribute towards a typical retail scenario where deliveries were to be made to various destinations in the face of bad weather, staff shortages etc. Whole process lasted about one hour thereafter candidates interviewed individually on a one to one basis.

Interview
group interview, happened ages ago so I forgot most of it, I think the interview was at afternoon. after the shop closed. it was a group panel one. we got given I think scenarios and what we'd do, I think there were other things but I can't really remember.
The first stage of the interview was in a group. We were given scenarios to discuss. After this we were then taken to separate rooms and interviewed individually. Pleasant experience, however was quite a long time for both parts.
