Group interview situation with various roleplay activities and observed discussions followed by a one-to-one personal interview. We weren't informed beforehand that it would include a group interview portion so that wasn't great.

Tell us about a time that you handled an exchange with a difficult customer.
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
