Group interview involves solving a task and presenting our solution back as a group. 1-1 interview was about your CV and common interview questions. Written paper you had to solve some problems and write about your solutions then discuss you answers with an interviewer.
different level assessments and interviews with a video call first, then assessment day at the head office. assessment day included group exercise and a big emphasis on understanding partnership goals and values.

Interview
Application, then call with HR, then video interview with two senior finance leaders, then assessment centre in London if you pass all previous parts. Pretty standard when compared to other companies.
Job advertised as 80% working, 20% studying, however they expect you to work 5 days a week and then study at the weekend. Pitiful compared to other companies so I would not recommend applying for this role. Interviewer was rude too when I mentioned that I thought one day during the week would be for studying. "You do reaslise this is a full-time job?" He asked me this three times throughout the interview. Well... obviously, but it is also an apprenticeship, and as such, there should be dedicated studying time like all the competitors offer.
Competitive salary, reasonable perks, but I guess there is a reason they've lost hundreds of millions of £ over the past few years.
