Was a pretty intense interview process! You have a group interview with 2 managers and other candidates. You are given 5 minutes to read through questions and then have to discuss how you would best approach situations for 20 minutes with the other candidates. You then go into a individual interview and are asked questions about yourself. I personally found it very regimented and the managers/staff didn't seem very friendly.

It was a group assessment style interview in which the group of us were given a variety of situations to look at which we had to devise responses to as a team
