Part 1 :group interview/discussion about different scenarios on the shop floor and how you would respond to them. There was an assessor for each group who sat quietly and noted everyones responses
Part 2: individual written responses to general questions about the job tasks. This was only 1 A4 sheet of paper with 4 questions to answer

How would you approach a customer in your section that looked confused about certain products?
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
