Assessment test - a large group of people came to the interview . 5 people were placed per table . You had to figure a task out but the interviewers were looking for teamwork, confidence etc

asked to briefly answer how we would prioritise tasks from tasks given so like fire exit door closed , helping a customer
2.) what to do if a customer wants a product but it out of stock in the shop
There is a group exercise and a 1-to-1 interview, which go through your previous experience and a tell me about yourself question. The group exercise is really important in showcasing your team work abilties.

Group interview. Asked about some scenarios and asked to discuss them in the group. It is a pretty relaxed interview and easy to stand out if you answer the questions first but make sure you let others speak and collaborate with them.
