Interview
I completed the online tests then received an email inviting me to book a time slot to attend a group assessment. We sat in smalls groups and an assessor sat on the table with us making notes on the task we where given. They gave us a customer complaint situation and we all had 15 minutes to openly discuss solutions. This was then followed by a one-to-one interview.
