The interview had a couple of stages, including an individual test and a team work exercise. The individual task was a questionnaire, which had some personality questions, decision making, prioritising, reading and understanding numeric data and written information, in my opinion, this was fairly easy, e.g. the numeric data was comparing price tickets and some basic calculations and the information was understanding ingredients and an allergen list of a product.
Then, as a group we had a task which tested time management, prioritising and team work. For this, there was a scenario described; your manager is not in yet, one of your colleagues called in sick, you have a project to finish, there is a customer waiting for help and there is a broken bottle of olive oil. We were asked to make individual notes and discuss with others how would we priorities time and manage other colleagues to have all the work done.
