I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Job Duck (La Ceiba) in May 2022
Interview
Not gonna lie, this has been the most interesting and longest application process I’ve ever been part of. As the description says, attention to detail is very important to them so I think that’s where most fail. Once you pass that first stage, you’re kind of in. The interview part I didn’t find it odd, as most reviews stated. Yes the interviewer turns of the camera but not for the whole thing. I’d recommend sticking til the end of the process to see if you’d really like to work with them. The recruiters were also very friendly and approachable. And also, READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What three colors describe you most? Why?
What is your morning routine?
What values does an employee has to have to be part of your team?
What is one wish, not materialistic, you’d wish it came true?
La entrevista estuvo bien en sí. Medio larga, todo en ingles. Se graba para mostrar a alguna futura empresa en busca de candidatos, porque Job Duck es un terciarizado. Llevadera, pero el hecho de que se filme no lo tenia en cuenta.

Easy and accommodating. The interviewer was nice and patient with me. Though I struggled as it was my first remote job interview, she made me feel relaxed and confident. The questions were commonly asked interviewer questions therefore it was not difficult
