I applied on their career website and received an email to schedule a phone interview about a week later. I had brief 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter, very conversational about background, why jetBlue, etc, not difficult at all. At the end of the phone screen, offered an invite to an in-person interview in NYC. The in-person interview was with the same recruiter and the hiring manager. There was a list of behavioral questions prepared beforehand that was asked...very straightforward as long as you are experienced with behavioral type questions.
At the end, I was told about three weeks for a decision. I received an automated reply saying thanks, but no thanks. Absolutely terrible follow-up. I took a day off work, paid for my own lodging, meals and incidentals as they do not. Atleast do the courtesy of a more personal email saying no thanks.
Good thing I got another offer from their direct competitor, Southwest.
