I applied online and did the video interview first. I answered their questions using the STAR method. For the in person interview it is basically your time to shine. Its called Blue Review day and you go to their training center in Orlando to hear about the company along with the other candidates. Make sure you engage with others, pay attention, and never use your cell phone!
