Interview
A very short and succinct interview process. I had 3 interviews with my manager; A phone interview, a behavioral interview with someone in HR, and then a technical interview with a few members of the development team.
After the interviews HR went out of their way to create a position at a level that better matched my years of experience for me to interview for.

They gave me a take home where they wanted me to build a CRUD app in Angular that hooked into a Java backend. They were more curious about how I'd build it rather than seeing the finished product
