I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2021
Interview
Very unprofessional. I would e-mail them to fix a simple mistake on their behalf in relation to the online assessment. The assessment was very glitchy, and I e-mailed the recruiter directly to let them know that the glitches were preventing me from taking the assessment accurately. I received no response, and ended up getting a “Thanks, but no thanks” e-mail instead. I’ve been to plenty of interviews with jetBlue where the recruiters act high and mighty due to the reputation of the company. Although the experiences with them were negative, I still love the culture of the company.

Interview
The company starts with an orientation informing you about the job description and the pay. The payment isn’t much and the benefits are okay. Whoever is still there is likely hired.

Question 1
Could you tell me why you think you would be a great fit for company?
It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.
