I was surprised by how quickly I was contacted after I sent in my application. Within about 2 days I received a call to schedule an interview. During this call I was asked some basic questions about my experience and things that are on my resume, nothing hard to answer. I then scheduled a Skype interview with someone that was canceled and replaced with a face-to-face interview in the office. First I met with 2 members of the HR team and just once again discussed things that were on my resume. I was asked to explain a time I made a mistake and how I fixed it, and things of that nature. Overall, this part was very relaxed. Next, I met with another member of the HR team who conducted more of a standardized interview where she asked me already prepared questions and then analyzed my answers using specified scoring systems. These were mostly situational and behavioral questions.
