Applied online through a third party job website. Got a call about 3 weeks later if I was still interested in the internship. Scheduled for a phone screen the week after. The phone screen was very simple and straightforward. The recruiter asked about my resume and took down notes. She said that she will send her notes to manager of the department I will be working for.
About two days after I got an email for an in-person interview with the department head a week later. The interview was mostly technical. We talked about my resume, and he talked about more about the internship. Like, what I would be doing, my responsibilities, etc. At the end I got to ask questions. It was very pleasant and casual. He then told me that they would send back to HR the resumes of people they like, and that I would hear from them(HR) if I get selected, about 2 weeks max.
4 weeks has passed and I thought I didn't get the job. Then I got an email from the recruiter for a 3rd interview. This time by phone. The Interview is completely behavioral questions. STAR type response. After the interview, she offered the internship to me on the spot.
I advice do some research about JetBlue before the interviews. Know their core values and what they are all about.
