I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2016

The process was pretty quick for me compared to what I've read up online. I do already work for jetBlue, but that did not make it any less nerve wracking as internal candidates still have to go through the same interview process as someone who is not internal. The video interview asked four questions, which I listed below. Once I passed the video interview I got invited to the Blue Revue the next day. This was my first f2f for an inflight position so going into the interview I was super freaking nervous and did not know what to expect other than from what I read online. The best piece of advice that I can give is to be the best version of yourself that you can. ALWAYS smile, converse with the other candidates, exchange numbers, and introduce yourself to the flight attendants and ask questions if you have any! When you first arrive you sign in and then wait until they open the conference room doors, you then sit at tables of four and they do a brief introduction and then begin the group activity. After the group activity you have a short break and then they show a slide show and go over the expectations and pay of a flight attendant. Then you are dismissed for lunch and once you are finished you come back and there are 5 lines. Fingerprinting, Mock PA, Reach test, Informal debriefing interview, and formal interview. You can choose which order you'd prefer to do these in, I saved my formal interview for last. In the informal debrief two people converse with you and ask you to summarize your resume. In the formal interview you have two new people and they ask you 3 behavioral questions. Once you have finished all the tasks you are free to turn in your name tag and leave! ...AND THEN THE WAITING BEGINS!
smile, make friends, don't stress, and remember... no news is good news :-)
