JetBlue Ground Operations interview questions

When they tell you that the interview will be 3 hours long, expect to be there for the full 3 hours. They placed all 250 of us in a room and we got called for interviews in groups of 3. I sat with 2 other applicants and 2 supervisors and we all had our interview together. They’d ask all 3 of us the same question. After we would go back to the other room and sat for about an hour and a half and waited for everyone else to be done with their interviews. I found that frustrating just because you’re there to get yourself in the company, not to get the other 249 applicants in with you. After that, they showed us a PowerPoint just describing the job and we were able to leave after. So you’re actual interview is about 45 minutes but due to everyone else applying they stretch it for hours and it gets frustrating. After sitting there for 3 hours I politely declined the job offer.
