I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JetBlue (Boston, MA) in Jun 2015
Interview
There were about 45 people, we were shown a presentation of JB, the pay (which is set no negotiating). Current crew members described the job and answered tons of questions.
**Please note** You will find out in a week either way if you have been invited to the next step, I just interviewed 06/25, so I have a few more days until I find out.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in May 2015
Interview
Process was long... Received an email a month after I applied online for PART TIME GO position at FLL. Had a phone interview. In the phone interview I told them I had another commitment on weekend mornings... However, I would be able to work weekend evenings. Was e-mailed for a group interview which I withdrew halfway through the interview due to me not being "flexible" enough. The one recruiter made us close our eyes gave us all these situations... Other part time job, school, picking up your children, wedding planned, cruise planned, trip planned, concert planned and then told us to open our eyes and said "it's not happening" if you are working for Jetblue. Another recruiter stated that Jetblue would be your "#1 priority in life" above all else. It was a little too much for me as I just wanted a PART TIME position. If your 1 minute late or miss a day within first 90 days your terminated. I am under the assumption that most people who apply for PART TIME positions have something else going on the other PART TIME. For $11.25/hr throwing bags it seemed way too life altering. You are not given your shift until after your on the job training. It would be impossible to have ANYTHING else going on in life to move forward with this position. I will say that everyone was very nice and first half of the interview was entertaining. Perks are nice.. If you are thinking about applying just be aware you must be "Flexible 110%"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied online, got a call to do an automated phone interview a couple days later. A couple days after that I did a phone interview with an actual person, and was instantly scheduled to do an in person interview. A couple weeks later I did the person interview (took 3 hours) and they showed us some videos about the company. I received no communication from the them after that. I find this to be very unfriendly/unprofessional and it has really left a sour taste in my mouth on this company. They claim to be very passionate about customer service, but what they don't seem to realize is that a rejected applicant can still be a great customer if you turn them down the right way. If you have ever flown any airline as you're landing you've probably heard the phrase "We know you have a choice in air travel, and we appreciate you choosing [insert airline name here] for your travel needs", well, needless to say I will be excercising my right to choose by never flying JetBlue again.
