JetBlue Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was terrible. I was set at a table with two other job candidates and we were interviewed by one Jet Blue representative at the same time. I did not feel comfortable in that setting. I found myself at a loss of words and the other candidates as well. I was also distracted by the other 10 tables set up around me doing their interviews also . I was very disappointed.

When I was interviewed I had to have a phone interview. Then I had to have a group interview. Then I had a background check. This was a good experience
