I applied through college or university. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Virtual Interview where I sat in front of my computer and answered via video + audio. First there was a sound check and video check where I could see how I presented myself. After starting the interview I could not see my recorded answers or re-record them. Overall it took 7-10 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Feb 2014
Interview
Applied to the internship directly, got a call back a few weeks later. Went to the interview and was interviewed by two very young, friendly employees who worked in the emergency mgmt department. Then was interviewed by a recruiter/HR associate. Overall process was organized and the personel welcoming.
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JetBlue in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and was invited to interview through an online portal where I saw the question and then was recorded answering the question. The questions were fairly simple just to determine experience, skills, and knowledge. If you get by that you are invited to interview at their headquarters and interview with actual people. You should definitely know their core values before walking in!!!
