Janssen College Hire Program interview questions

Applied online in the fall/winter. Heard back in Feb/March. I had a phone screen with recruiter- very short making sure I met the qualifications. Then a phone interview with a manager or director which lasted about 45 minutes, very conversational, nice person. After that phone interview I scheduled a video chat interview (I did not have an in-person interview at all during the hiring process) with a Region Business Director, she was very nice, it felt relaxed and like she really was getting to know me. Then I found out I got an offer from the recruiter. After accepting the offer it took 2-3 months to find out where the job would be located. It was a ranking/matching system with other college hires. All in all, from applying to starting the job took 6 months. (onboarding was a mess but it is a great opportunity)
