Jacobs Project Manager interview questions

Met with Operations Leaders, Vice President, and Staff. Then had meetings with hiring manager and HR. Then completed application and received offer. The process was pretty easy and straight forward.

Submitted application and the next day I received an automatic email to tell me the position had been filled. I contacted them to ask why they were still advertising a position if it had been filled. The HR team were very unhelpful and told me that I would know it had been filled because a resourcing team member would contact me. This doesnt encourage me to apply for any roles with them again. They waste peoples time.
