I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Kennedy Space Center, FL) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online for a few positions and then got an email a few weeks later asking to do a voice conference. They asked me a series of 7 pre-planned interview questions.
The men were very nice and tried to make me feel comfortable. They asked me to summarize my education, why i want to work here and be a good fit, and some personality questions. Also some safety questions so make sure you know safety is number 1.
Received a job offer the following week and accepted.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jacobs (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was a panel interview, where the interviews described what the job entails and discussed what they do in the department. Also discussed completed and upcoming projects. I had to discuss my technical skills which covered at least 70% of my resume

I applied online. I interviewed at Jacobs (Kennedy Space Center, FL) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was called out of the blue to schedule an interview (they insisted I interviewed sooner than later). At the interview they told me about the company, then asked 11 basic interview questions about myself, then finished by asking me if I had any questions. They took about two weeks to respond with an offer (I even emailed them after a week and a half and got no response until the actual offer that I received 3 days after emailing them)
