Jacobs interview questions

I got accepted straight to the interview stage, I don't think it is normally like this, but I was fortunate enough not to do a gamification assessment. I had to watch a short video at reception and I got led up into an interview room. They are really big on safety so it is compulsory to use the handle bars walking up and down stairs also, if you drive then you will need to reverse into a parking space.

Submitted application and the next day I received an automatic email to tell me the position had been filled. I contacted them to ask why they were still advertising a position if it had been filled. The HR team were very unhelpful and told me that I would know it had been filled because a resourcing team member would contact me. This doesnt encourage me to apply for any roles with them again. They waste peoples time.
