Jacobs interview questions

I submitted the application and was then asked to submit a series of video interviews online. I was then asked to come to Bristol for a final interview. I was expecting there to be technical questions but they weren’t any(?) The questions they asked me what based around the morals and values of the company, and how I had the experience to back up each of those values. HR department wasn’t great – as I had asked them to give me an overview of the interview process for me, and they just blatantly ignored me.
