Jacobs interview questions

Was nice n easy and friendly perfect according to what they wanted but will definitely need to make changes here and there. I really did not understand certain things but yes yes to that

Applied online and shortly afterwards was asked to complete a one-way video interview. This stage consists of generic questions. Roughly a week later I had a video interview with recruiter and hiring manager and supplied references, it went ok but it’s clear they aren’t accessing on skill set. The interviewers focused more on the fact that I was affected by layoffs in the past (like most of those in talent acquisition), then ghosted me for two weeks. Had to email multiple times and finally received an automated decline response. Very unprofessional and the team lacks diversity and communication skills. Poor candidate experience.
