I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jacobs (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on the phone. The recruiter left a message, however, I could not understand a single word she said in the message so I returned her call.
I had a technical interview over the phone with 2 engineers. They said it went great and would like to have me come in for another round of interviews.
I never heard back from the company. I reached out to the two recruiters I had been working with form Jacobs and they never responded to my emails. Very unprofessional. I certainly have no intention of ever working for Jacobs and will also tell my experience to others in the field so they too do not waste time interviewing with this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
phone interview with three employees of various ages and positions. It was hard to tell who was talking at times. Kinda laid back interview, no technical questions only general questions about myself and my resume.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jacobs in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied online, contacted by a Jacobs recruiter. Spoke to him one on one. Set up for the interview. Panel interview (at least two or more people) will be involved. Dress for success!
