Jacobs interview questions

The initial interview took place over the phone with the regional and district manager. Gave great overview of the company and the site project. It was the traditional questions you would expect i.e. what would you do in this situation, what is your leadership style, how would you handle/manage a direct report with more experience, etc.

Questions about my CV and then a few technical questions, followed by some basic soft skill questions from a set booklet of questions. I was interviewed by two members of staff in one of their meeting rooms.
