I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Jacobs
Interview
Over the phone interview was fairly brief. No technical questions were asked, and mostly it was to determine personality and ability to uphold a conversation. Initial interview was with a HR representative with a follow-up interview with the project manager of the direct team that you would be hired onto.
Fairly simple interview process with a virtual meeting with several employees across a few offices. I did not have to attend an in-person follow-up interview and they offered the position via email a few days after the interview.
1st round more about experiences and knowledge, 2nd round more about knowing yourself as a person, how you manage time and stress. Overall it was a nice interview, pretty chill.
I interviewed at Jacobs (Belfast, Irlanda del Norte)
Interview
Fairly straightforward three step process. I had an initial screening call, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview. Each stage was structured and focused on understanding my experience, how I approach engineering problems, and how I work with cross functional teams.
