Many people have been hired over the phone or even recruited with no interview at all. Once girl started on her first day and thought she was hired as a receptionist instead of a document controller. Lots of nepotism in this department.

I had two initial phone conversations followed by an interview with HR. I was then recommended for a second interview with the project manager. Great initial perception of the office structure and team.
