called from agent they need some one very familiar with ethylene plant cracker, do design job outside usa. OK, talked on phone, manager sound nice, also knowledgeable, asked several questions , not difficult. then asked to go to their office, several people interviewed me. I guess I am more experienced in this field than anyone else. Client cancled their project, so no offer, other wise, go abroad, and first 100 K free of tax.

The interview process took over two days with phone calls. The hiring manager wanted a candidate that was able to work forty hours per week. Even though this job was for an internship position, the need to be there was emphasized because of the importance of the project.

Applied directly through website; non technical interview. It was over skype, and the manager + HR were in the room, but not in view of the camera. Basically, it is clear to me they like to hire excited interns who have demonstrated interest in their field of study outside of school. For me, that meant club involvement.

They contacted me and set up a phone interview where they asked me about my past experience and why I wanted to work for them. Then I got a call back asking me to come into the office for an interview. When I went all they did was introduce me and show me around the office.
