Jacobs Graduate Project Manager interview questions

Pretty straight forward, mainly spoke about my prior experience etc. No specific interview questions as such, more of a general chat on why i am interested in the role and how i got involved in the construction industry

I was ivited to an assesment centre which was parted from an team exercise and an individual interview. A a team we worked towards the exrcise and the interviewers were monitoring our actions and we afterwards presented them the exercise. After that we attended an 1:1 interview where we were asked to present our background and were asked competency-based questions
