Jacobs Engineer interview questions

HR contacted me for initial screening. Apparently, HR has a check list. I did not have one of the qualifications in HR's check list and he turned me down. After a month later, another HR called me to set up a time for the interview. I was told that the qualification is optional. 45 min interview with hiring manager. -Hiring manager was not aware about there is a job opening at all. -Hiring manager did not read resume at all. It is very unethical to waste job-seeker’ s time during this hard time with pandemic going on.

The interview was pretty relaxed, just one-on-one with the manager. He just scanned through resume and asked questions randomly. Since the manager is very technical, he focused mostly on work experience, university projects, and didn't ask much personal skills questions.
