Interview questions, the first part was my personal background, then turned into behavior or "on the job" type questions. "What would you do in x situation with a guest?" or "How would you approach x complaint/dilemma/scheduling conflict etc?" There were also some questions about the Marriott brand itself, and whether you know of the tiers of the brand within Marriott. JW Marriott is one of Marriott's luxury brands.

Describe a time you had to deal with an unhappy customer and what did you do to solve their problems.
Very quick, there was an initial quiz through the marriott website, you need to answer the questions correctly in order to get an interview. The interview process, I spoke to the supervisor and then had an orientation that was 3 days.
