The interview process appeared quite disorganized and gave the impression that the decision regarding their preferred candidate had already been reached. I felt as though I was present merely because the interview had already been scheduled. This lack of organization left me with a sense of uncertainty about the fairness of the proceedings and whether my candidacy was being given a genuine opportunity for consideration. The experience raised questions about the transparency of their selection process and left me wondering about the true motivations behind the interview
