Interview
I had applied in May but hadnt heard anything until the last day of August . Did a quick phone interview and was scheduled for an in-person interview two days later. The in-person interview was expected. I had previously read reviews on this website so I knew what to expect. They held the interview in what seemed like a big conference room with other candidates being interviewed at the same time. They asked basic interview questions and all of the employees were extremely friendly. I was told I would hear back within a week, which actually turned out to be 3 weeks.

Interview
Out of 200 applicants, they only chose 30 of us. They really made sure to filter the best people for the job. I remember I undergo 2 interviews. Though they selected applicants who had no knowledge background about Home Lending, they provided trainings and mentorship program to make sure we will be equipped for the role.

Interview
Met with a member of management and was asked a series of casual, boilerplate interview questions. Very straightforward. Pleasant, professional. Received a phone call with a job offer within two weeks.

I went to a job fair. Interviewed with a manager and got an offer right on the spot. It was not tough at all. The background portion took longer than the interview process.
