Interview
After submitting my resume and applying to the company i heard back in two weeks for a phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes then we scheduled a panel interview which was set for a week from that day in the panel interview I was there for around 45 minutes and was offered the job around a week later.

Application, hirevue, then 2 virtual interviews with Managers in field. We were told we would hear back within a week. Follow up from recruiter was poor. I waited almost a month for a decision.

There were 5 rounds of interviews, 2 peers, the hiring manager, one peer to the hiring manager, and the country head. Everyone was friendly and professional but the whole process could have been consolidated into at least 3 interviews, since they were all over zoom.
