I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Jan 2011
Interview
After applying online, applicants had to go through resume screening then 2 rounds of interviews (one via phone, and another one in-person at the regional office). HR was extremely helpful and responsive to email inquiries, and did a wonderful job of following up with your interview and application process. The 2 interviews consisted both "fit" and technical questions, including basic accounting and finance principles (earnings reports, DCF and WACC calculation, comps...) as well as a few brainteasers and guesstimates. The interviewers were all VP level or above (some EDs and even MDs) and they were all very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with how they portrayed their company and its work culture!

The interview was really tough - had a hard time during it. Would recommend people to go through the whole wall street prep courses. The accounting and DCF modules would probably be good to look over.
Very intricate interview and was a great learning experience for future endeavors. Long interview with a lot of questions both personal and technical. Worth preparing for and asking peers for pointers and talking points.
