JLT Group Test Analyst interview questions

Before technical interview they scheduled HR discussion so in the same HR told me we work as per UK timings so out of curiosity i was just trying to know their culture in terms of flexible timings as i was never been into such timings but for this concern in HR discussion they had rejected my profile for next Technical interview, i just wanted to know if a Candidate is trying to know the culture of company in terms of timings is it something wrong or irrelevant thing he is asking? If you would have discussed the things i would not have commented here!

Dont go for this company. Changes criteria at the time of walkin. Worst experience i had uptil now. Apti was good. It was a technical apti. Then a technical interview and then HR interview takes place.
