JLT Group interview questions

Interview was very good. but i am very much disappointed with HR at Mumbai Location no professionalism. There were 2 rounds of interview conducted by general manager and senior manager.They asked me many technical questions regarding many questions on portfolio management strategies, Capital Markets, Financial Modelling, some were easy some were technical . After Clearing all the 2 rounds . they kept me on hold for 1 week stating the reason interviewing other candidates. on the 2nd week they asked me for my last salary break up , all documents, expectation Another week passed by and then they told me we have shortlisted another candidate (Reason Technical Skills) very much disappointed.please do not ask for anybody's personal documents unless you confirm. Call from recruiter. Recruiter does the initial calibration with questions on the current job, reason for lookout and explaining the JD on what the organisation is looking for. Recruiter share the details wit the organisation post which Initial screening on the expectations from the role, setting of expectations, Multiple rounds of interview with hiring manager, followed by interview HR.
