JFrog interview questions

4 interviews, I applied for a Senior Software Engineer position. In the final interview, they mentioned that I cannot run for a senior position since I'm lacking years of experiences, they claimed that only engineers with 10+ years in the company are considered seniors, which is a lie. I asked if they have an engineering ladder which determines how engineers are qualified (levels) they didn't even know what an engineering ladder is. I will never work for this company, I applied for a senior position, they tell me in the final interview its not a senior position and they don't even have an engineering ladder, what a joke.
