This process was a joke, if the company is run the same way they run recruiting steer clear. Both the recruiter and hiring manager (CMO) have zero clue about Sales Development. The CMO wants someone who is VP experience level to run her SDR team as a Director, but the pay is only $160-$180k OTE not even base! That’s the full OTE with commission, Sr. Manager level pay at most companies. Waste of time talking to this hiring team, very unprofessional and borderline insulting at times.
