Initial phone screen with recruiter, zoom call with hiring manager and another person from team, zoom call with HR and then another zoom call with hiring manager. The recruiter, Tina, was great. She was very helpful in preparing you for the interviews. What caught me off guard was the hiring manager. I felt as though I was being lectured for not having enough experience. I have 8+ months of SDR experience and isn't this an entry level position? Not sure how much SDR experience they are looking for but most SDRs are not in this position forever. The hiring manager also told me flat out she is a micro-manager, appreciate the transparency but that is not something to pride yourself on.
