The interview process for the JBS internship consisted of three main stages. The second stage was a group interview with other applicant. The group is given a puzzle to solve. The final stage was a panel interview that involved several leaders from different departments. This stage focused on evaluating my leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across teams to drive change.
