I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JBS (Denver, CO) in Nov 2015
Interview
the interview process is a great experience where in the final step you got called to Colorado for a panel interview. The panel interview is more or less like a QnA questions with the company president and vice president
Group interviews when selected, then it move to one one-on-one with the HR department. Afterward, it will be panel interview with the board, final round is with the local manager for placement.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JBS
Interview
Interviewed at corporate years ago for the recent graduate trainee program for management. They made a group of interviewers carpool and wait together as we interviewed. Several came back in tears due to aggressive tones and questions. During my turn it wasn’t as bad as others said, but it was the most unusual interview experience I’ve had. It was very pointed questions and no warmth.

Interview
The last interview was a trip to Corporate with several leaders in the company. It was intimidating to walk into a large room with several people. It was also cool to meet some of the leaders in the company.
